Stage 1: Articulate the Search

A detailed discourse of company's missions and values, organizational
chart, position in the marketplace, and competitive strategy.

A needs assessment with position requirements, roles and responsibilities,
benefits and compensation defined.

Position specifications are formally compiled with written criteria and
search strategy introduced.

A search plan is developed with the client and parameters for search
timelines frequency of communication, and status updates are established.
Stage 2: Search Implementation

Assemble a list of sources (industry networking, management level
relationships, database gathering, and initiation calls) with potential
candidate identification.

Interview prospective candidates; appraise qualifications, and quantify
ambitions and career objectives.

Conduct in-depth confidential references on candidate's technical
competencies, character, and client relevant abilities.
Stage 3: Final Candidate Selection

Present the most qualified and best suited candidates for client’s needs.

Coordinate interviews with thorough briefings for client and candidates on
introduction and post meeting process.

Consult with client to select final candidates.
Stage 4: Negotiation of Offer

Act as intermediary in negotiation with both parties covering components
of offer
(compensation plan, commissions, benefits, title, etc…) keeping the
interest of both the client and candidate into account.

Finalize offer with formal offer letter. Oversee resignation issues
including written notice, averting anticipated counteroffers, commitment
to new employer, etc…

Continue communications between the two parties for successful transition
of candidate to new corporate environment.
